Managing Your Subscription
From the Organization Settings page, you can:
View Current Plan: See the details of your organization’s active subscription plan, including features and usage limits. Upgrade or Downgrade: Switch to a different plan as your organization’s needs change. Add Credits: Purchase additional AI or usage credits if required. Billing Details
Payment Methods: Update or change the payment method associated with your subscription. Invoices: Access and download past invoices for record-keeping or expense reporting. Renewals: Check your renewal dates and manage auto-renewal settings.
AI Credits
AI credits in Thesys are used to generate responses, create flows, and refine content with AI. Each action consumes credits based on its complexity.
How AI Credits Are Measured
Generating a Response Card: Each response card uses 1 credit. Creating a Flow: Consumes credits equal to the number of response cards in the flow. Refining Content: Adjusting responses with the purple AI button costs 1 credit per card. Credits Across Tiers
