Creating Flow with AI

A flow consists of queries and their corresponding responses, connected in a sequence to create a conversational journey. With AI, you can generate these flows step-by-step or all at once, saving time while maintaining creativity and consistency.

Generate a Flow Using AI

Click on the Use AI button in the response editor and select generate a flow.
Enter a brief description of the flow you want.
Press Enter, and the AI will generate a flow based on your description.

Refine and Customise as Needed

As you build the flow, you can:
Adjust the generated queries and responses to ensure they align with your requirements.
Use the purple AI Button on response cards to modify content later.
Add blocks like images, buttons, or charts to enhance the responses.
