Creating Flow

A flow in Thesys represents a sequence of queries and their corresponding responses. Flows allow you to design conversational journeys, guiding users step-by-step through a dynamic and interactive experience.

What Is a Flow?

A flow is essentially a structured series of:
Queries: Questions or prompts from users.
Responses: The agent's replies to these queries.
By linking these elements together, you create a seamless conversational path.

How to Create a Flow

There are two primary ways to build a flow in Thesys:
Connecting Cards 1806x1132.gif

Stitching Pre-Created Queries and Responses

If you already have queries and responses designed, connect them
Drag the + button next to the query header.
Drag the connector and connect it to the response.
Repeat this process to link more queries and responses.

Composing on the Go

For a more organic approach, create queries and responses as you design the flow:
Start with a query on the canvas.
Click the + button to add a new response.
Compose the response (using templates, AI, or manual input).
Continue this process to build the flow step-by-step.
