Composing Response with AI
By simply describing what you need, you can create high-quality responses without starting from scratch and refine them to meet your exact requirements.
Adding a Response
Start by adding a response to the canvas. You can do this by clicking the Add Button directly from the canvas or the + Button on an existing query. Once added, the response card will appear, ready for customization.
Using AI to Generate a Response
Click on the AI option on the zero state. This will open an input field where you can describe the type of response you need.
Refining and Customising the Response
If the generated response isn’t exactly what you need, you can rewrite or tweak the prompt to adjust the AI output.
Once you’re satisfied with the response, you can further customize it in the editor. Add blocks (like images, buttons, or lists) and adjust the layout.
Editing Responses with AI Later On
You can make changes to the response even after it’s created. To do this:
