Composing Response

Composing a response is one of the key steps in designing your agent flows. Responses can be added to the canvas and customized using templates, AI generation, or manual composition. Let's dive into how you can create good responses.

Adding a Response to the Canvas

Use the Add Button directly from the canvas.
Alternatively, click the Add Button on an existing query. This will automatically link the new response to the query, integrating it into the flow.
Once added, you'll see an empty response card ready for customisation.

Composing a Response

There are three ways to compose a response in Thesys:

Using Templates

After adding a response, click on the Template option.
This will open the Right Panel Menu, displaying a list of pre-designed templates.
Select a template that fits your use case, and the response will be automatically populated with the chosen design and content.

Using AI Generation

Click on the AI option.
An input field will appear, asking what you want to generate.
Describe the desired response (e.g., "Welcome message with a button to start") and hit Enter.
AI will generate the response based on your input, saving time and effort.

Manual Composition

Select the Manual option.
Click on the card to open the Editing Panel.
Customize the response by adding blocks such as image, text, buttons etc.
Adjust and arrange these blocks to create a response tailored to your needs.
