In the age of AI, a lot of this can be done in parallel using AI tools for things like customer discovery and vibe coding for prototyping.
However you do it, don’t skip the live customer interviews and real customer engagement to deeply understand your customer.
The earlier your evaluate the better. That way you’ll only build what your customers really need.
