Overview

Purpose:
The purpose of this policy is to outline the procedures and guidelines for the physical security of company assets, employees, and visitors.
Scope:
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and visitors who have access to company facilities.
Policy:
Physical security measures should be implemented to ensure the safety and security of the company's assets, employees, and visitors. The following will be enforced:
All visitors must sign in at the reception desk and be escorted by an authorized employee at all times.
All company assets must be secured when not in use or unattended.
All entry and exit points must be secured, monitored, and restricted to authorized personnel only.
Access control systems must be implemented to limit and monitor access to sensitive areas.
CCTV systems must be installed and monitored to ensure the safety and security of the facility.
All employees must be trained on emergency procedures and protocols.
Responsibilities:
The security team is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of physical security measures.
All employees are responsible for following physical security procedures and reporting any security breaches or concerns to the security team.
Enforcement:
Any violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
Review and Revision:
This policy will be reviewed and updated as needed to ensure the effectiveness of physical security measures.
