This templates allows you to publish internal policies and tracks revisions and acceptance history from your team members! There’s also a Slack integration and automation set to send reminders to folks with outstanding policies.

For admins, you’ll be able to view a list of all acceptance logs, revision histories, and list of people who have not completed accepting all policies. You can force everyone to re-accept each policy by changing the version number. If your team uses Okta, you can use the

Okta pack⁠

to sync a list of employees.

For end users, they’ll see what outstanding policies they need to accept from the

Live Policies⁠

page. They can acknowledge and accept each policy on the respective policy pages.
