Data Deletion

When data is deleted, it will be securely erased to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases where legal or regulatory requirements mandate a longer retention period.
Any exceptions must be approved by the appropriate department head and documented in writing.
