Biblical Leadership

Overview

The Master of Biblical Leadership equips leaders with principles rooted in scripture and the life of Jesus. This program provides practical skills for building teams, resolving conflicts, and guiding through change, while fostering spiritual growth to navigate leadership challenges.
Unlike current leadership trends, this program emphasizes scripture that connects your work to God’s Word. It is more than just a degree to add a bonus to your paycheck, it’s a foundation for meaningful, God-honoring leadership.

Curriculum and Length

This program is 36 units; consisting of 12 3-unit classes and typically taking 2-3 years.

Outcomes

Practice sound interpretive methods to derive and evaluate biblical models of leadership, especially the model of leadership found in the life of Jesus of Nazareth.
Implement biblical considerations and research-based techniques for effective strategic planning.
Understand the key principles for resolving conflict, building dynamic teams, and leading through change.
Develop a personal approach to leadership based on scriptural truth and awareness of one’s own gifting.

Missiological Entrepreneurialism

Overview

In this program, students will learn how to meet needs in a cross-cultural community by creating and developing sustainable businesses and programs. Students will be able to understand the biblical mandate for such endeavors and the principles that guide effective implementation.
Students will also study and evaluate the recent literature on entrepreneurialism. By the end of the program, students will be able to think creatively and biblically about business and ministry. They will also be able to plan and develop new programs and businesses in a cross-cultural environment that meets practical needs and advances God’s plan for humanity.
