Room and Board

Housing

On-campus housing is available for all traditional full-time students.
Our dorms are houses -- not the standard cinder block dorms. Each house is located in a neighborhood, it has a full living room, full kitchen, two sets of washers and dryers, etc
Resident Directors and Assistants work hard to create a space that intentionally fosters friendships and spirituality.
Nashville Neighborhood - The Institute is located in a residential neighborhood. It is conveniently located just 20 minutes from downtown Nashville, 10 minutes from both Percy Priest and Old Hickory lake, with close access to various municipal parks.

Meals

Students can choose between a 10 or 15 meal plan for each week.
Meals are served out of our on campus coffee shop, Nyumbarista, and there are a variety of places on campus where students can eat.
The meals are designed by a professional chef and are pretty awesome. There are also grab-and-go options so that on busy days, you can take things with you.
All on campus undergrads must participate in the meal program. There is a slight additional fee for accommodating Alternative Meal Plans, but our kitchen crew is very used to it as an increasing number of students have strict diets.
