It’s hard to keep track of what you’re telling a student if you have 12 different notes of what happened on your calls, and, more importantly, can confuse the student if they’re being contacted by the same person from multiple numbers.

GO has an incredible amount of automations that ease our workload as an Admissions team, and lets us focus on talking to the student.
