About GO

What is GrowthOps?

GrowthOps is our CRM (Customer Relations Management) Platform we use to handle all communication with students. Our Admissions team actually built and customized GrowthOps specifically for our Admissions needs, and it’s now a product that over half a dozen companies and programs use!

What’s it used for?

Calling, texting, emailing
Scheduling Tours and Visits
Tracking Applications
Tracking Post-Acceptance Enrollment Documents
Reporting Statistics (number of calls, number of apps, etc.)
Managing Merchandise
And more!

Why do we use it? Why can’t I use my own phone number?

Accountability

An effective Admissions team requires high accountability. This allows us to stay on top of student communications and ensure people are giving accurate information about our school.

Centralized Communications

It’s hard to keep track of what you’re telling a student if you have 12 different notes of what happened on your calls, and, more importantly, can confuse the student if they’re being contacted by the same person from multiple numbers.

Streamlining Processes

GO has an incredible amount of automations that ease our workload as an Admissions team, and lets us focus on talking to the student. Instead of having to craft emails weekly, we have them automated along with other text reminders. This covers the important reminders while also letting you have more personal and focused times with the student.
