New Master Report: 2026

@Samantha Gonzalez
Question for next session:
Can you help me create a dummy duplicate view for me to play with and experiment new reporting without affecting our current data? It would be like an experimentation playground to learn and figure things out before adopting it to our source of truth reporting
Aging Report (Bottleneck detector): need to add status changed on date to see aging report - like how long something has been in its current stage | Are reviews slowing us down - Which pages are aging the most (>14 days) and which stage is slow. This will allow us to say “most delays are occurring in x review stage - average x days” | A list of top 10 pages by Days in status
Throughput Trend: Simple summary table count of page status (eg. published pages) by month. This will allow us to answer questions like how many pages are we publishing monthly | how many pages are we getting from GFD monthly | how many pages are being reviewed by LOB business reviewers monthly | how many pages are being reviewed by legal monthly | (group (publish date) then show count of page status (eg. published pages)

How are we tracking QoQ?

Average Cycle Time (Avg Days to Publish)

Once page drafts are received from GFD, it takes an average of 60 days (which is longer than priors week 58 day mark), 53 days to publish refresh, and 50 days to publish non-local new pages as of 8/29/2025. The adjustment is due to the delay caused by the cms migration pause for homeowners state pages.
