Progress Update: GFD goal completion rate for 2025 is 84.25%.
Page published goal completion rate (2025) is 46% which is a 11% improvement from prior month
YTD status:Agency Build: 16% left (89 pages left to go for 2025) ​Internal Review: 24% (134 pages) are in in internal review
Published: 46% (261 pages) have been published YTD compared to 35% (167 pages) prior month. Which is a 11% improvement MoM. From all the page that went to production 16% (42 pages) are refresh initiatives, 67% (176 pages) are local new pages for cycle, homeowners, renters, and boat, and 16% (43 pages) is non-local new pages which is a 4200% improvement from prior month 1%. ​Pages in Revision with GFD: 2% (12 pages) are in revision - no change
Average Days to Publish: Once page drafts are received from GFD, it takes an average of 49 days to publish local new page, 110 days to publish non-local, and 53 days for refresh. Non-local is mostly influenced by the content freeze due to CMS migration.

Out of all pages scheduled for production for 2025, 46% (261 pages) have been published. the remaining 54% (18% is with GFD being built and the remaining 36% is either undergoing internal review or being actively produced)
From the page that went to production 25% (42 pages) are refresh initiatives, 74% (123 pages) are local new pages for cycle, homeowners, renters, and boat, and 1% is non-local new pages for cycle.

Average Time to Publish

Once page drafts are received from GFD, it takes an average of 60 days (which is longer than priors week 58 day mark), 53 days to publish refresh, and 50 days to publish non-local new pages as of 8/29/2025. The adjustment is due to the delay caused by the cms migration pause for homeowners state pages.
