Highest priority

App video edit — three cuts, in order of priority
Shorter edit, 5 min. max. Done by this Friday, ideally
Full webinar, 20 min or so, with the addition of screen recordings
7P insert video for Day 4
Finish all screen recordings with with Justin (might be the following week, depending on Justin’s availability)
Particular focus on audio quality. Match it as close as possible to lav mics from Friday

Justin sent a wireframe of the front-end site—confer with that side on possibly creating this site ASAP. Would not be difficult.
Autoresponders set up in MailChimp for new waitlist members
Metrics template set up and ready for Terri to start adding metrics the following week
