Purpose: Samna Meet is a tablet-based application installed outside meeting rooms. It provides real-time information on room availability, allows users to book rooms on the spot, and displays current and upcoming meetings.
Features: Instant booking, real-time availability, meeting confirmation, and calendar integration.
Samna Area:
Purpose: Samna Area is an overview application that provides a comprehensive view of all rooms in a specified area. It includes a dynamic map showing room statuses and an information bar displaying relevant updates like weather and canteen menus.
Features: Real-time room status, dynamic area maps, customizable information bar, and integration with external data sources.
Samna Digital Signage:
Purpose: Samna Digital Signage (currently under development) is designed to display various types of content on digital screens throughout an organization. It aims to enhance communication by providing up-to-date information, schedules, and announcements.
Features: Content scheduling, real-time updates, and customizable display settings (planned).
