STEP 1: Prep

Goal: Get access and understand the baseline.
Ask for access:
Google Business Manager (manager role)
Website pixel / Meta business manager (optional)
Customer list (for retargeting)
Take baseline metrics:
Existing monthly calls / leads
Reviews / ratings
Current conversion rate (if known)

STEP 2: Pick ONE CHANNEL ONLY

Option A: Google Maps / Local Search

Claim / verify Google Business Profile
Optimize:
Description (keywords + intent)
Categories (primary + secondary)
Services (detailed, geo-targeted)
Add photos (optional but boosts CTR)
Add call tracking
Launch 1 local search ad targeting their service area (keep budget low)
Goal: Owned, predictable leads from search intent.

Option B: Meta Retargeting

Upload customer list OR connect Meta pixel
Create retargeting audience (past customers, website visitors)
Run low-budget ad campaign with:
Offer or reminder
Simple call-to-action (call, form, DM)
Track clicks → messages → calls
Monitor engagement & conversions
Goal: Capture potential buyers who already know the business.

Option C: Local Paid Social (Optional / Awareness)

Pick 1 platform (Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook)
Run 1 small campaign highlighting:
Service
Offer
Call-to-action
Low spend (start $50–$150 for testing)
Track click-to-call, form fills, or appointments
Goal: Generate measurable leads / awareness in a high-visibility format.

STEP 3: Track & Compare

Record all incoming leads in a simple sheet / your app dashboard
Compare to their existing platform / referral system
After 7–14 days, show:
of leads
Cost per lead (if any spend)
Appointments scheduled
Positioning to Client:
“Here’s your owned pipeline vs your current platforms. You see the difference, no risk, no disruption.”

STEP 4: Next Step

If results are positive → pitch full system expansion:
Follow-up automation
Missed-call recovery
