Goal: Increase inbound discovery + calls
Steps:
Claim / audit Google Business Profile
Fix NAP, categories, service areas
Upload 10–20 geo-tagged photos
Write 5 local SEO posts (weekly)
Activate review request flow (SMS/email)
Add call + form tracking

SOP 2: Conversion System

(Traffic but no conversions)
Goal: Turn visits into leads
Steps:
Audit current site / funnel
Build 1 conversion page (CTA above fold)
Add click-to-call + form
Install tracking (Meta + Google)
Connect follow-up automation (SMS/email)
Test CTA copy + offer
Success Metrics:
Conversion rate
Cost per lead
Time to contact

SOP 3: Lead Quality System

(Bad leads)
Goal: Filter non-buyers
Steps:
Rewrite offer promise
Add qualification questions (budget, urgency)
Set geo + service filters
Score leads automatically
Route high-quality leads first
Success Metrics:
Close rate
Lead rejection rate
Revenue per lead

SOP 4: Follow-Up & Booking System

(No-shows / missed calls)
Goal: Capture lost demand
Steps:
Install missed-call text back
Add booking confirmations
Add 24h + 2h reminders
Create no-show recovery flow
Log call outcomes
Success Metrics:
Show-up rate
Appointment booked %
Missed call recovery %

SOP 5: Reactivation System

(Slow seasons)
Goal: Monetize past customers
Steps:
Import customer list
Segment by last visit date
Create seasonal offer
Launch SMS/email campaign
Retarget past visitors
Success Metrics:
Reactivation rate
Revenue per send
Cost per reactivated customer
