Record baseline metrics:

Save system version in Meridian

Step 5: Client Training

Walk client through:

Dashboard

Appointment booking flow

Meridian reports

Step 6: Monitoring & Reporting

First week: check system for missed calls, appointments, SMS logs

Enter data into Meridian

Schedule first before/after report at 30 days

Step 7: Upsell / Next Sequence

Evaluate for Sales Assistant / No-Show Reduction sequences

Determine upgrade pricing / bundle

Step 8: Versioning & Backup

Snapshot any modifications for future clients

Maintain internal audit trail of:
