Identify the Company’s Strengths/Weaknesses and Address them.
Attend Council Meetings.

Understands Siege Mechanics.
Stay informed on PVP meta and possible exploits (but do not use exploits.)
Call the shots in Sieges and large-scale PVP encounters.
Execute Company PVP Objectives.
