1) Log in to your Shopify admin panel and press “Apps” on the left:
2) In the pop-up window press “App and sales channel settings”
3) Press “Develop apps” at the top right corner
4) Press “Create an app” at the top right corner
Name the app “Quiqup” in the pop-up window and press “Creat app”
5) Press “Configure Admin API scopes”
6) In the search bar type “Orders”. Scroll down until you see “Orders” with gray text “Includes personally identifiable information”.
Check “Write_Orders” and “Read_Orders”
7) In the search bar type “Locations”. The second one from the top is the one you need (should have the sign “Includes personally identifiable information”).
Check “Write_Locations” and “Read_Locations”
8) In the search bar type in “Merchant” and look for “Merchant-managed fulfillment orders” and select both:
● Read_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders
● Write_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders
9) Press “Save” at the top right corner and then press “Install App”
10) After the app is installed, you will be automatically directed to the API credentials page.
Press “Reveal token once” and it will appear to the left of the button. Copy the token and save it.
The token can be revealed only once, that is why it is important to save it on your computer in notes or Word document.
11) Press “Notifications” on your left in the menu
12) Once you are on the “Notifications” page, scroll all the way to the bottom until you see a button “Create webhook”. Press on it.
13) In the pop-up window, fill in the fields as follows:
Event: Order Creation
Format: *leave it JSON*
URL: https://www.quiqup.com
Webhook API version: 2023-10
Once you are done with it, press “Save”.
14) Once you save the webhook, at the bottom of the screen you will see a signature (text highlighted in orange). Copy this signature and save it in notes or word document
15) Copy the URL of your Shopify store. You can find it at the top of your browser.
12) Share the following with your manager:
- The token (step 10)
- Webhook signature (step 14)
- Shopify store URL (step 15)
Please, make sure that you have set delivery types and “delivery from” location on your Shopify.
