Shopify Final Steps

You can move to this manual once you are done with all the steps from

Shopify Pre-Setup⁠

and you have received further instructions from your manager.

1. Login to your shopify and press “Settings” in the bottom left corner:

2. In the menu on your left press “Notifications”

3. Scroll the page all the way to the bottom, until you see “Create webhook” button.

We will need to create 3 webhooks. After you fill in all the fields for a webhook, press “Save” and then press “Create webhook” again to create another webhook.

To create the 3 webhooks, please, follow the instructions below:

1. Order Create Webhook:

Event: Order Creation

Format: JSON

URL: *Provided in the email by your manager*

Webhook API version: 2023-10

2. Order Update Webhook:

Event: Order Update

Format: JSON

URL: *Provided in the email by your manager*

Webhook API version: 2023-10

3. Order Cancellation Webhook:

Event: Order Cancellation

Format: JSON

URL: *Provided in the email by your manager*

Webhook API version: 2023-10

Other important configurations:

1) Please, make sure that all of your products have SKU numbers. Without them the integration won’t work.

2) Ensure that on your checkout page “Phone number” is a separate field. Instead of having one field “Email and phone number” like below

Please, configure the checkout page to have two separate fields for phone and email, like below:
