State the vision simply

Better to have a vision statement that is incomplete and memorable than to have one that is complete and forgettable
Cast the vision convincingly
Define the Problem
Offer a solution
Present a reason
Repeat the vision regularly
Celebrate the vision systematically
Embrace the vision personally
