Cancelling an Order

First, go to WebSynapse and check if the order has been received by eShipping. If so, you will need to make arrangements with eShipping to cancel and not ship the order
If the order has not yet been received by eShipping, (in Shopify) click on the order number you want to cancel
Click “More actions” in the top right then click on “Cancel order” in the drop down menu
Verify that the order information is correct, namely the “Restock items” box and “Send a notification to the customer” boxes. Select “Cancel Order” to finish.
