When people click on the Unsubscribe link we take them to a page on our website with an integrated AC form that allows them to select which “Lists” they would like to be subscribed to, which should hopefully keep them from unsubscribing totally since there are going to be lists which sound appealing. It also creates an extra friction-point for their unsubscribe so its not so simple; they have to uncheck the boxes.
