When an external team member (ETM) makes an introduction to a potential partner.

Internal team member (ITM) will log into airtable

add tag of external team member

Introduction

Keep the ETM on CCed on all email communication

First meeting

add notes from first meeting in airtable

immediately follow up with external team member on how it went

Invite external team member to 2nd meeting

Continue to invite external team member to meetings until they decline

Continued Growth

Send an update to ETM when there is a change in status, i.e. a deal is made

Send a thank you to ETM a few weeks after introduction
