We operate out of Kanban Boards based on Sprints. See screenshot below for how to get there.

Use the “Favorite” option by clicking on the Sprint list and selecting “Favorite” from the menu so that it shows up at the very top left of your Clickup.

The goal of sprints is to stay on track by having only defined list of items which doesn’t get added to (so no scope-creep).

Sprints are Lists with additional features included to help you manage your Sprint and get work done. All Sprints must live within a Sprint Folder.

Moving Existing Items to a Sprint

Select the Tasks (you have to click next to each one)

Use the “Move Tasks” option in the Multi-Task Toolbar

Make sure to select “Add to List” (instead of Move to List)

Select the Sprint that it should go into.
