Always try to give ur work to others, delegate to someone if they can do, and focus on ur main power.
have 25min timers with 5 min breaks. session time.
Big session: 3hrs minimum. * 4 → 12 or 15hrs.
Or keep 2 hr big sessions : thats good.
Take sleep or power naps: 1-2 in work.
eat time: eat from your box, don’t waste going somewhere,
everyday you might waste 1.5hrs in food not eating but getting it.
