Sitewide Overview
The below data shows the organic traffic change to sherrihill.com over the past 28 days (vs. the previous period), utilizing first-party Google Search Console Data pulled on August 15.
Over this period, organic click rate increased by 6% (+8,990), and total impressions grew by 14% (+1,104,279).
The most notable queries and page movements driving these overall changes are highlighted on the following page.
The chart below displays the daily click rate to your domain over the past 12 months, based on Google Search Console data. Following the tail-off of prom season and the subsequent drop in traffic, we're now seeing a renewed volume of daily clicks.
Below is the organic traffic graph estimate, from Ahrefs, adjusted for seasonality.
While seasonality is controlled for to a large extent here, as fewer queries are searched in totality outside of prom season, these are removed from the Ahrefs keyword index, and as such, we still see traffic spikes.
Importantly, the graph is an estimate of: traffic = (ranking position × CTR curve × average monthly volume)
If Ahrefs temporarily drops seasonal queries from its keyword index, those keywords won’t contribute to the traffic estimate anymore. That creates artificial spikes/drops in the graph, even if controlled for seasonality.
Moreover, if we remove the seasonality control and compare (based on keyword positions at the time) the average organic traffic for July 2025 vs July 2024 traffic, there has been an increase from 238k to 389k (a 151k increase). This is shown below.
