Pop the bubbly and raise a toast. Sips are a big part of most weddings—but of course, optional. Whether you’re serving or going dry, we’ve got options.
There are three areas where you’ll make decisions on the beverage experience—wine service, champagne toast, and the bar. You’ll choose a combination of offerings during the Food & Beverage questionnaire, so here’s a rundown of all your choices.
Champagne & cider toast
Toasts are big when it comes to weddings. It’s a moment for friends and family to celebrate you with speeches and ends with a raised glass of champagne or cider.
We can provide each guest with fine champagne or high-quality cider during the toasts. If you choose to include this in your package, the banquet team will pour champagne or apple cider for all of your guests after your meal.
We offer house champagne and reserve champagne. Our house champagne provides a consistent and recognizable sparkling wine flavor. Whereas our reserve champagne delivers a more nuanced and enhanced sparkling wine experience.
Wine with the meal
Wine is a meal’s best complement. If you choose to include it in your package, we’ll place two wine bottles of your choice on each guest's table during the meal. They are free to help themselves, or the banquet team will top off your glass—this keeps them from waiting at the bar. Your banquet team will continue to replenish bottles throughout the meal. We support a wide variety of vintners to ensure the wine available on the day of your event has an optimal fruit, sweetness, and body profile with a lush finish. You can choose between house wine, which offers a traditional and consistent quality, or reserve wine, which offers a superior and distinctive quality.
While wine pairing with specific dishes is a personal preference, here are some nice options.

Bar options
Now let’s talk bar. Each package includes a different tier of bar service outlined below. Alternatively, you can mix and match to create the ideal option that fits your budget and keeps everyone happy. For example, you could do a timed bar and then switch to a cash bar after an hour.
Classic package: Here you will have a cash bar for guests to order and pay for their drinks themselves, but there will be complimentary non-alcoholic beverages such as sodas and juices, as well as the self-serve beverage station with coffee, water, and tea. At the bar, your guests will get to select what drink they would like to pay for.
Premier package: Here you have an open bar with well liquor, wine, beer, soda, and juices. Guests are free to order anything from the bar and receive a well cocktail or beer and wine. If your guests want call or top-shelf liquor, they can pay for it at the bar. Non-alcoholic beverages and all the mixers to make the cocktails are included.
Elite package: Here you have a completely open bar with beer, wine, and well, call and top-shelf liquor. Everybody drinks what they want and it’s all included.
Different bar types
Open bar: Also referred to as a hosted bar, this is where you pay ahead of time based on an estimate of how much your guests will drink. Usually, it's a highly cost-effective option. You can decide if the open bar will be limited to wine and beer or if you want to include spirits. If you decide to add spirits, you can usually choose a level from 'house' to 'top shelf.’ We’ve broken those down below. Cash bar: Also known as a no-host bar, this is where your guests are charged each time they purchase a drink. They can choose to open a tab or pay per drink, just like at a public bar. It’s not cash-exclusive, credit cards are welcome. Timed bar: Think of this as an open bar with a time limit. Usually during cocktail hour, this is an excellent option if you're trying to save money or your guests aren't big drinkers. Liquor types
Well, call, top self—meet the liquor tier system. At a cash bar, well liquors will be the lower priced, top shelf the highest priced, and call liquor somewhere in between.
