Preferred vendors

We include these in some of our packages. We recommend checking your quote to see which vendors you may work with. Then, if there's a preferred vendor you like, feel free to add them to your package during the questionnaire or reach out to our vendor team!

Bakery 🍰

Sweeten your event. Your cakemaker will customize your wedding cake with your favorite flavors, fillings, and designs. We recommend bringing along your cake or dessert vision board to the tasting to get them started. Head to their website to get something on the books.

Florist 💐

Enchant your guests. Your florist will be responsible for bringing your vision to life with beautiful floral arrangements. We’ll confirm your wedding date with our recommended florist after you’ve booked their services.

DJ & MC 🎶

Turn up the party. Our recommended DJs will set the tone and vibes up on the dance floor. Four weeks before your wedding, you’ll complete your music worksheet and your DJ will contact you directly to schedule a 15-30-minute phone call.

Photographer 📸

Capture the celebration. We recommend Love and Lens to photograph your big day because they know the venue and banquet team well. Just add them to your Wedgewood Weddings package and choose from their variety of packages.

Officiant 💍

Make it official. Your officiant plays a pivotal role in your wedding ceremony. They will conduct the ceremony, lead the vows, and officially pronounce you married!

Let’s get dressed. Dora Grace Bridal is Northern Colorado's premier bridal boutique. Located in Midtown Fort Collins, they carry a wide selection of bridal gown and dresses, mother of the bride and groom dresses, and tuxedo rentals. Getting around town. About the City Limos & Tours is a locally-owned and operated limousine company that prides itself on providing safe, reliable, comfortable transportation services for Northern Colorado communities.

Getting around town. NOCO Party Bus is locally owned and operated out of Fort Collins, CO. Their vehicle fleet can accommodate anywhere from two to 40 passengers. Clean up nice. Wild and Whimsy Beauty Co is a salon oasis in the heart of mid-town Fort Collins. From hair and makeup to eyelash extensions, they specialize in bridal beauty and bridal parties. They can also meet you at your venue with sips and snacks.

Personalize your venue. Tie the Knot Bridal Creations is a family and woman-owned local business. They're known for being a one-stop shop for all things wedding! They offer quality affordable rental decor, handcrafted ceremonial items, personalized signage, and personalized gifts.

Choosing the right wedding photographer is incredibly important! We’re firm believers in hiring a professional photographer (instead of using a friend) because not only do they capture beautiful pictures, but they’ve mastered the art of authenticity.

How to find the right photographer for you

Do your research. Ask around and search for photographers in your area. When looking at their portfolio, pay attention to their style, creativity, and ability to capture genuine emotions.

Set up some meetings. Get together with a your favorite photographer to discuss your vision. Ask about their wedding experience, their equipment, and request to see full wedding galleries to look over.

Get engagement photos. This will help you and your significant other feel comfortable in front of the camera on the wedding day.
