The Event Platform includes the Digital Experience where attendees go to get excited, learn and ultimate choose to attend one of our events. The Digital Experience is custom development that utilizes attendee and session data from RainFocus database to provide the content and details necessary for each page.
Marketing Landing Page – main marketing web page for the Event. Utilized for majority of marketing campaigns and driving attendees to register for the event. The Event Landing page is built from standardized components based on the content available for the event.

Event Home Page – regional marketing web pages for the Event. Marketing pages will be phased for pre, during and post event. In Q3 development will support customization based on the attendee profile. Home page phases are built from standardized components based on the content available for the event

Registration – Individual paths for each event or location required to support different hotels, currency, and unique content. Registration is necessary for attendees to build agendas or view content during the digital event.
Library – contains the full content catalog for the Event. The Library is ungated so both unregistered and registered attendees have access to browse the content options. Library includes filter and search features. Library typically goes live with Registration to create excitement around the content.
Session Detail Pages – includes info, speakers, related sessions and resources for each session. Pre, during and post event phases of this page are seen throughout the event. Attendees can participate in Chat on this page if available with the session
Digital: re-recorded video will play within the digital experience. Registration required to view content
Onsite: session room locations will be shown; no video will be available until post event

Playlists – hybrid view of Attendee and Core agendas. Attendees can create My Playlist which includes the sessions they save to watch throughout the event. Core agendas are built our as part of the content strategy and viewable/shareable to all attendees. Sessions from Core agendas can be added to My Playlist. Registration required to build agenda

Digital: “My Playlist”
Onsite: “My Agenda”

Showcase – updated view of the sponsor page. Creates excitement around partnerships between top sponsors and customers to share stories of coming together to accomplish goals with ServiceNow.
FAQ – frequently asked questions/ answers pertaining to the event including overall agenda, travel requirements, site requirements, attendee requirements
Surveys – Surveys are available for digital and onsite attendees once sessions have been attended.
Digital: shown on individual session detail pages once the attendee has viewed 10% of the video. Attendees can also access their survey dashboard via the Home page.
Onsite: pushed to the attendees Survey folder in the mobile app during the session.
There are 3 types of surveys. The naming convention for each are as follows:
Session: The title of the session is what the survey will be named and displayed as in the survey list. The name will also contain the Session Code.
Attendee: The title provided while creating the survey is what will be displayed
Meeting: The title of the meeting is what the name of the survey will be displayed as. The name will also contain the session code.
