Playlists

Last Updated: 2/1/2022
Overview: Custom development to create a hybrid view of the event journey through Attendee and Core agendas. Attendees create My Playlist by selecting sessions from the Library to watch throughout the event.
Core Playlists are created by the content strategy team who have carefully curated sessions together to reflect an area of interest, product, or category. These Playlists can be seen and shared by all attendees. Core Playlists are shown in alphabetical order in the left hand navigation under “Other Playlists”
Sessions included in a Playlist are broken up into 3 categories - Scheduled, On Demand and Watch Again. Attendees can quickly find upcoming sessions on the Scheduled tab. These sessions are organized in chronological order in a calendar view. Sessions that have already played during their scheduled time can be found on the On Demand tab. This is where the attendee can find sessions available to watch at any time. The Watch Again tab provides an easy way for attendees to find previously watched sessions in order to re-watch or share with other attendees.

In addition to Core Playlists, custom Playlists can be created by any ServiceNow employee & Sponsors - Starting on the Library page, Employees & Sponsors can search and filter sessions in order to find the topic or category to build your Playlist around. Once you have found the session(s) you’d like to include, click the downward carrot sign next to the Heart to create your Playlist.
Select “Create New Playlist” to name your Playlist. Once that’s done, you’ll see the newly created Playlist in the dropdown list. Continue adding sessions to your custom Playlist until you feel the Playlist is complete and ready to be shared.
