The session details page is the page that loads when an attendee clicks into a specific session on the Digital Experience. This page includes a number of details about the session, including:
Session Title
Session Abstract
Countdown timer to when the session will be available to view (if before the session start time)
Speaker details
Names
Title
Company
Photo
Bio
Related Resources (if applicable)
Onsite Room details
If the attendee is logged in, this page will load “Related Sessions” on the right-hand side. These are sessions that share similar attributes to the one being currently viewed. Clicking into any of these will redirect the attendee to that session’s detail page.
This page below shows what a session detail page will look like prior to the session start time.
Simulive Video no Chat: This page (below) shows what the session detail page will look like once the session begins. The type of session will dictate what will show in the main section of the page. The example below is a video playback session. Survey bar at the top of the video player will show once the attendee has watched 10% of the video.
Simulive Video with Chat: Pre-recorded video with chat page is shown below. Survey bar at the top of the video player will show once the attendee has watched 10% of the video.
Live Interactive: At the end of the countdown, the Launch Zoom button is exposed to all or enrolled attendees based on session capacity. Once this button is clicked, the Zoom webpage or application is opened for the attendee to join the session.
