RainFocus Email Procedure

Event Platform team requires a 5 day SLA for all email sends from RainFocus. This time allows for setup, review and approval as well as setting up any automatic campaigns.
Final Email Copy to Platform Team 5 days prior to Send Date
Platform Team to Setup email in RainFocus
Initial Test to Comms within 48 hours of receiving final copy
Final Version to Stakeholders within 24 hours of receiving Comms approval
If there are copy changes during review, it will adjust Send Date based on the changes requested.

Either a .csv which includes three columns (first name, last name, and email address) of each recipient, or criteria we can filter down to based on information we have of recipients in RainFocus.

Width: 600px
Height: 338px
The image banner used in emails can be updated for each event as needed. The width of the image must be at least 600 pixels wide. Bigger is better with images provided, we can always downsize as needed. The recommended height is about half the size of the image width.
