The registration process goes as follows:
1 - Login/Create Account -
Registrants will be prompted to log in with their ServiceNow ID when attempting to access registration, as well as the mobile app or digital event website. If they do not have an existing ServiceNow ID, they can create a new account on this page. (For ServiceNow employees, they can use their existing ServiceNow active directory account)
2- RSVP form (optional)
Simple page to gather if and how the invited attendees plan on attending the event. This step is typically only used for invite-only programs or events.
3 - Attendee information form
This page will include all mandatory and optional questions to ask the attendee prior to registration. Below is the list of questions we currently collect. Additional questions can be included as needed.

- Fields that pass through ServiceNow ID will need to be updated from the attendees ServiceNow ID profile.
4 - Orders and Payment page (if applicable)
This step only applies to paid events. Here is where registrants will be able to pay for their pass, or enter their registration code for a comped pass.
5 - Confirmation Email
A registration confirmation will be sent to the attendee after completing registration. Please refer to for email requirements and guidelines. 6 - My Info page
Registration confirmation page that attendee will be redirected to after submitting the previous step. The confirmation email (which will be sent automatically after submitting Page 2) will include a CTA to navigate back to the My Info page, where we can include any additional information or resources as needed.
Hotel: The book hotel row on this page will only be visible to those who are attending the event in person.
What is the timeline?
It takes an average of 4 to 6 weeks to spin up registration for an event. Keep in mind that if registration for event needs to be localized for an event, that this process needs to begin immediately. Localization can be reviewed .
