When a family responds to our automated emails or texts:
When a family responds to an email or text, our support team will add their response as a note in the CRM. You will be notified through the SeniorlyHQ app that a new note has been added.
If the response is urgent (for example: please call before 3pm today), we will also send you a message in your slack support channel.
If the family lets us know that they are no longer searching or don’t want help, we will close the lead for you and notify you through your slack support channel.
If a family responds to an email with a question, we will CC you on the email response to help you connect directly with the family.
