Monthly Audit

As a Seniorly Partner, you are asked to complete a monthly audit, which gives you the opportunity to update all families in your account and catch up on needed family follow up. 💡 You should expect to receive audit instruction by email each month.
This recurring monthly audit is sent on the last Wednesday of the month to all partners who have not provided an update on families in the past 2 weeks.
You have 7 days from when the audit is to sent to complete it.
After those 7 days, your new referrals will be paused until the audit it completed.
All families on “pause” will also be included. Feel free to leave those as is if there are no updates, but all the other families not on a pause status will need an update.
You will receive a link via Audit Email to update families. If there are no families, please add a simple note (example: “no update”) to alert our audit system of the change, otherwise this will be left incomplete.
