Performance Expectations

As a baseline, our best advisors have an average speed to lead of 10 minutes and have an average (or greater) than 5% conversion. You will receive a monthly stats card via email letting you know how you’re performing as a successful partner. Your stats card include information such as speed to lead, connection rate, lead data, moves, and move in fees.

What happens when expectations are not met?

Seniorly’s main goal is to help families find the right senior living communities. Everything we do is focused around this mission. This mission does rely heavily on YOUR SUCCESS.

Our lead routing algorithm is based on your overall conversion. We also take conversion as an indicator as we review our partnership. For example, if you are performing under average (5%), you may see a decrease in lead volume.

Our team does our best to catch conversion drops. We may schedule a check-in call to discuss data metrics, but feel free to always reach out!
