Stop New Referrals Temporarily
Stop/Pausing New Referrals
allows you to temporarily pause new referrals when you’re on vacation or need some time off.
Here’s how you can pause new referrals on your desktop:💻
Log into your account on
Seniorly
Click “
Settings
” in the left tab
Click on the
Vacation
tab
Select your
Start
and
End Dates
in the given boxes, as well as your
time zone
These are the dates you want to “stop” and “start” receiving referrals
Click
‘Save Changes’
You should receive a green
Success
banner at the top of your screen letting you know this has saved correctly

Go to your
Settings
Click on
Vacation Mode
Insert your
start
and
end date
, as well as your
time zone
Click “
Save Changes
”
