We were recently made aware that there is a typo on the Refined Knit Sweater from your order. We deeply regret this mistake and understand how frustrating this must be for you.💔
We know that your investment in this piece is significant, and we are fully committed to ensuring you receive the value you deserve. As part of our commitment to quality and your satisfaction, we are initiating a product recall. With that, we would like to offer you three options:
1. Full Refund – If you no longer want it, we can process a full refund for the item right away.
2. Replacement – If you prefer to have the Refined Knit Sweater with the correct design, we can provide a replacement free of charge. However, due to production timelines, please note that it may take up to 3 months for the new sweater to be ready and shipped to you.
3. Discount – If you would like to keep the current sweater, we can offer you a 40% (₱1,236.00) partial refund against the item.
Additionally, we will be organizing a return pick-up for the affected product starting tomorrow. Once the pick-up is booked, you will be notified via email with the details.
We sincerely apologize for this oversight and want to ensure that we resolve this for you as smoothly as possible. Kindly reply to this email with your preferred option, and we’ll take care of the rest.
