Returns: Exchange process (CM already initiated a return)

1. Packaging: There’s no need to include the original box. Simply enclose a note with your name, order number, and the preferred size, color, or design for the exchange.

2. Shipping Arrangements: You’ll be responsible for booking a courier service to return the item to our HQ and coordinating the pick-up of your exchange item.

Pick-Up Hours: Our pick-up hours are from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a break from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM for our staff’s lunch.

3. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the exchange. We’ll send you an email notification as soon as it’s ready for pick-up.
