Same Day Delivery

We offer Same-Day delivery for areas within Metro Manila only. If interested, you may place your order through our website and select “Same Day Delivery” upon checkout. Although you will find this option available for free, please note that you are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of the courier service.

Your order must be placed before 4pm. Booking schedule is between Monday to Saturday, 1:30pm to 5:30pm.

Same-day Delivery/Self Pick-up not available

Currently, we’re unable to offer Same Day Delivery or Self Pick-up options. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding.

Pre-Order Timeframe

Delivery for our pre-order items will take approximately 30 days. By placing this order, you agree to our terms and conditions. Standard shipping only! 💙

Provincial shipping

For Provincial orders, the tracking number is sent via email and the tracking information will only be visible once the courier picks up the parcel. You can view the tracking information on the courier's website here:

Metro Manila orders ship within 7-10 business days and Provincial orders ship within 7-12 business days. 💙

Metro Manila shipping

Your parcel will be delivered by our in-house rider within 7-10 business days. Except for some Metro Manila addresses (Navotas, Las Pinas, Valenzuela, Malabon, Caloocan), they will be shipped via J&T express.

Self Pick-up

For Self Pick-up, you can visit our HQ between 1:30pm and 5:30pm, Mondays to Saturdays to collect your order. Please remember to place your order online before coming and prior to your visit, kindly send us a message on Instagram with your order number so we can prepare your items.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally however, it's temporarily unavailable until further notice. Yes, we ship internationally! We have a separate Google Form where you can place your order. Please refer to this link for more information: https://charlottefolk.co/pages/shipping-delivery.
