Block five full days on the calendar. Reserve time with your sprint team from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday.
Share the plan. Share this doc with your team and send out an so that everyone is prepared and ready to jump into the sprint first thing Monday morning.

Facilitator tips

Use this doc to facilitate exercises, capture notes, upload screenshots, etc. Having one place to find everything makes it easier for the entire group. We recommend following the Sprint process whenever possible, but you may need to make adjustments to this doc as you go.
Many of the exercises are time-bound. Type /timer anywhere in the doc to insert a timer and keep your team on schedule.
Be prepared! Some portions of the sprint require planning ahead of time (e.g. , , etc.). Make sure you’re on top of those details to help the sprint run smoothly.
