I want to talk about a common misconception I see in the outbound space. It’s believing that you only need to send a 100 emails per day to get results.

Now hold your horses if you are doing outbound. This is dependant on the industry and how experienced you are. If you are sending 100 emails a day and getting results then that’s amazing.

I’m talking more to the people that are struggling or are looking to scale.

Frankly, no matter how personalized your outreach is it will never beat pure volume.

Now, when I mean volume most people think of 10K emails per day blast away with a bad offer. No, I mean personalized and segmented emails in bulk.

Let’s break down the numbers so people will understand what I mean by volume negates luck.

Outbound Dictionary:

Domain costs = Domains used to host our emails on. (We do not use your main domain!)

Google Workspace/Outlook = Email hosting platform we use to host our email accounts. (Each email account can send around 30 emails per day!

Elysium = Our propietary email sending system.

Postive reply rate = How many people respond back interested in our offer.

Close rate = The percentage of clients we closed off of our positive replies.

Ticket Size = The average price of your product/service

Email Cost = How much the yearly domains and 3 months of email hosting cost.

ROI = Your return on investment for the email costs spent compared to your revenue.

These are worst case scenario numbers. Your results will vary based on your offer, audience and sales assets. These are also based on numbers if you were to pay for this system yourself! Elysium utilizes server based sending so no worries about the costs below.
