Multi-Part Forms
Integrating AC Forms into Webflow
We break up all the forms to be multi-part so that they start with a short form to ensure that we capture their email address and name, then we could always prompt them with emails to complete the other parts.
See Multi-Part Forms Page
for more details and quirks about the multi-part forms setup, especially why we have to have the email address listed again on the second form.
Each form has an
automated confirmation email
but only on the last part so they need to complete the final form to get that email.
All the Forms redirect to this “
form-submission-confirmation
” page on the website with the CTA to follow us on Social Media (and signup for the Webinar).
