An Integrator exists to get your business from its current state to the Integrated Business state. They host workshops and act as a facilitator and coach for the Leadership Team.
The Integrator’s involvement diminishes over time. As a business becomes more integrated, the Integrator’s involvement becomes less necessary. They are there to implement the processes and systems and make sure they are followed. Once the systems are in place and adhered to, the Integrator can step back from the organization.
