What Does A P&L Review Look Like?

Purpose: Go over the monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statement. Look at expenses compared to budget. Compare each micro-conversion vs projections.

Outcome: Accountability, transparency. Assure Snowball that the business is on top of things.

Process: Whoever is presenting the meeting should be prepared to answer questions from the Integrator, the regional manager, and representatives from Snowball. Topics could range from how sales calls compared this month to last, how the conversion rate for visits is this month versus last, what is the percentage for change-outs or new installs, and anything in between.
