I am writing to inquire about the delayed visa approval of my visa immigration. According to the website information, the Visa applications are typically processed within 5 workdays. would be approved within 5 workdays. However, it has been 2 weeks since I submitted my application on April 1st, and I have no yet received a response.
I sent the application on April 1st and still no response for 2 weeks.
I wonder if I have missed anything in my application. on this matter. I have reviewed the visa application information carefully, and I have two questions that I would appreciate your help with.
As for checking the VISA application information again, there are two questions I need from your help.
First, regarding the photo format, I would like to confirm that the photo must be taken within the past 6 months. Is this correct?
Second, regarding the ID copy, I would like to know if I should include it with my application documents or if I can upload it online.
About the ID copy, should it be along with the document or to upload online ?

I am writting this letter in connection with the problem of the YH park reconstruction on the Gibson road. I am Oren Huang and live across the YH park. The Gibson road is our community way to the town. It's always busy on morning to the people have go to work and shool. However, the reconstruction of the YH park, always put lots of materials and facilities on the road without any warming sign. From my experience, I tripped by a abandon wood block last week while I was riding my bicycle. I understand reconstruction of our park is very important and we definitily should support it.
