Selling Property

To get cash out a property, most people turn to selling their property entirely. This makes sense if you really want nothing to do with the property going forward. However, many people prefer what Vessel offers: the ability to get cash out, to lock in today's fair market value for at least a portion of their property, and to keep their property as a rental.
